These apartments are centrally located and right next to the beautiful Washington Park. Our apartments have beautiful views of Saddle rock and Castle rock. The apartments are ½ a mile from downtown and ¾ of a mile from our medical facilities. There are a total of 35 units in the complex. We have beautiful grounds that are well maintained during both winter and summer. It is a very friendly and quiet community. There are 4 studio apartments, 24 – one bedroom apartments, and 6 - two bedroom apartments. The pricing ranges from $445 a month to $575 a month. We pay water, sewer, garbage, and hot water. Garages are available for $50 per month. Storage units are also available at no extra cost. There are two laundry rooms available on site. Plus outside clotheslines for that fresh smelling laundry during the summer months. There is a small exercise room to help keep you fit. We also have a pergola and back patio for relaxing and gatherings on our beautiful summer days.
